Here at Brightonhouseclearance we understand how hard it can be clearing the posessions of a loved one who has recently passed away. We are here to help take away the stress and pain of having to do this on your own.

Our Bereavement Clearances are done in a very sypathetic manner. We can collect keys from you to do a quote and return them to you on the same day or we are happy to meet a relative at the property to do the quote.

Whilst at the property we will look at items of value ie resale furniture etc and look to taking allowences off the cost of the clearance for these items, saving you money.

Also with this clearance we will be looking for items that may be of use to charities ie clothing & bric-a-brac.

This will help us to build our quote for you. If our quote is satisfactory we will arrange a time and date to do the clearance. We will once again collect the keys from you the day before work is due to comence and deliver them back upon completion of works carried out. Please note in some extreme cases it may take more than one day to clear a large property that has built up many years of furniture and personal effects.
